چکیده

Background: We assessed the functional outcome of patient following ACL reconstruction using quadrupled hamstring autograft. Methods: In this case series 21 patients who had insufficiency underwent arthroscopic assisted autograft from November 2019 to March 2021. The was with Lyscholm Knee Scoring System and IKDC score. Results: injury predominant in males. A larger percentage cases operated less than 6 months date injury. mean graft diameter 7.90 mm, a positive correlation function knee. preoperative Lysholm score 59.19 improved 94.95 after surgery. 46.81 81.95. Excellent seen majority patients. Two an infection one reduced range motion. timing surgery rehabilitation influence largelyConclusion: provides excellent injuries when is timed well, sufficient thickness good rehabilitation.

Transportal Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction with Quadrupled Hamstring Tendon Graft: A Prospective Outcome Study

BACKGROUND Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction has been one of the most commonly performed procedures throughout the world. Unsatisfactory outcome with conventional ACL reconstruction has been attributed to nonanatomic graft placement. Researchers have advised placing the graft in the native footprint of ACL to avoid nonanatomic graft placement. The goal of this study was to analyze...
